SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been received. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days (Mon - Fri, excluding weekends and holidays) for ground orders to arrive.
In the case of a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your package is lost, stolen or damaged you must first take the matter up with the carrier. Contact us with your order number and claim number and we’ll see how we can assist in the resolution.
