Flotilla - fleet of ships or boats
Flowtilla- the same thing, but with style

Why Flowtilla?
As a boating enthusiast, I want to feel good when I’m on the water. But I’ve often found that the only clothing options out there look like the female version of a man’s garment. Contemporary nautical clothing manufacturers don’t seem to put much effort into creating comfortable and attractive options for women. We should be able to feel sexy, pretty, cool…whatever we desire. That’s why I created Flowtilla.
Flowtilla is unique because we take great care in creating boating apparel for women that is the perfect combination of function and style. You can’t wear just any ol’ thing on a boat. It should be comfortable, functional, reassuring… and it just ought to be stylish too.
Meet Our Founder - Tuesday
As a business owner, I was consumed with endless hours of work- every day, every week, every month, all year. The moment things changed for me was when friends invited me on their boat on Long Island, NY. I’ve been on boats throughout my life, but only as a passenger. Once they taught me how to drive, I fell in love. I completed the USCG boating safety certification one week later and never looked back. These days, during boating season, I split my time evenly between the office and the helm.
Since then, I’ve also joined the U.S. Coast Guard Auxillary. As a U.S. Veteran, the thought of being able to help keep recreational boaters safe has given boating even more meaning to my life.
